Delivery Options
Multiple Packages
In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in multiple boxes. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment via email.
P.O. Boxes
All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS or FedEx.
Ground Shipping
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless you contact us prior to placing your order. For more shipping option please email us at garagescreens@gmail.com
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
In stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship or deliver on holidays or weekends. If your item(s) are on back order, we will email you within 1-2 business days of placing your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated on the carrier site.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you must contact our Customer Service department at garagescreens@gmail.com for a Return Authorization. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached. You must return all items you received in the original package including the adhesive back hook. Failure to do so will result in a partial refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return we will inspect it and notify you when your refund has been processed. Please note it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed by your card issuer or bank.

We ship to Canada for a flate-rate of $40.00.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Garage Door Screens is not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
